The Hoppy Monk #SABeerWeek
The Hoppy Monk is excited to support and promote the San Antonio beer culture and its community during the 2015 Beer Week.
From Sunday, March 22, through Sunday, March 29 we will offer and showcase the following San Antonio craft breweries and beers on our draught wall.
San Antonio Beer Week Kick Off Party
San Antonio! Due to the 100% chance of rain in the forecast for tomorrow, we changed plans for your kick off party (We don't want you drenched!)
Here's the plan:
We’re moving the festivities to seven INDOOR locations. Each location will carry the SABW Collaboration Saison, SABW glasses and all your local craft beer favorites.
We’ll still start at 4:30, just head over to the following locations to start your fun:
Big Hops Broadway
Big Hops Huebner
Big Hops The Bridge
Big Hops Gastropub
Joey’s
GS 1221
Freetail Brewing Co (Brewpub)
We’ll have a kick off toast at 7pm from one of these locations that will be simulcast to all locations. Each location will have the printed SABW guides on hand to give to give out!
We apologize for the last minute change.
The Bold & The Brewtiful Part 1
This event will feature 3 breweries for tap takeovers. Boerne Brewery, Infamous and Uncle Billys. This will be a meet, greet and taste with local award winning breweries as they unite to share & talk about their passion. Random Beer Garden also has some of the best food trucks around so you wont go hungry! Bring the entire family because Random is an outdoor beer garden and we do have a monster bounce for the kids!
Sup with your Pup: A Friendly Tapping of Saint Arnold Ale Wagger #dogfriendly
All Welcome at The Friendly Spot Ice House. Join Saint Arnold's Nicole George for a special tapping of Ale Wagger. Grab a pint and bring your pup to join in the fun. Nicole will have great swag for you and fido, including Saint Arnold Doggie Bandanas. The SA Humane Society will be onsite to join in on the fun. Let's be Friends.
