6:30 Rick Fink (expert beekeeper) of Alamo Area Bee Keepers Association and Central Texas Bee Rescue will speak and answer questions. He is bringing honey samples for tasting and an observation bee hive.
7:30 Kevin Colis of Green Grow Organics will speak on gardening with compost tea. And answer questions you may have.

The cheese pairing was selected by Gaucho Gourmet of San Antonio. Tasting will be conducted during the event. 3 beers and cheeses will be sampled.  

Lead brewer Jason Barrier and owner Anna Kilker will be present to visit with guests. This event will be casual and educational.
